The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a shopping area, next to Sapporo station with restaurants, shopping centres and airport bus stop. I liked the room with breakfast. The staff was very very helpful and attentive, took good care of everyone. The coffee bar was a plus.

For the price we paid, Mitsui Garden Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from Sapporo station and conveniently connected to the underground tunnels. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with a greater variety of warm options, as most of the choices were cold.

Location: the hotel was near Hokkaido University, Sapporo station, an area that has plenty of dining and shopping options and the Stellar place, a very good shopping mall. The staff were very very helpful all of the time.

Standard queen room with breakfast. Quick check-in and late check-out, fairly friendly staff. Great location at a moderate distance from Sapporo Clock Tower. A small restaurant and a coffee bar available. A comfy hotel, my first choice in Sapporo.

The hotel staff is very attentive and amicable. The location is particularly good, 1 mile from Hokkaido University Botanical Gardens.

Every time we stay in Sapporo, like to stay here. The property is overall clean; well-appointed rooms; good bed. The breakfasts is good with a wide array of food.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Mitsui Garden. The room was clean, spacious enough for two people, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. The public bath on the second floor was a relaxing bonus. I had a great experience at Mitsui Garden and would recommend it.

all in all it's stylish and comfy hotel, we had a quite comfortable stay here. greatly enjoyed pay television, a safe box and a refrigerator in the room. the location was excellent, relatively close to sapporo jr tower.

It is new and near to the main shopping malls. Walking distance to restaurants as well.

We had the most enjoyable few days there. The hotel was stylish, and we got an a nice size and brand-new room. Liked our rooms for 2 beds plus extra bed. The location was central, just off public transport and the subway walk, and the shopping center and JR sapporo station. Furthermore, close to train station.

Its location within walking distance of Sapporo jr Tower was favourable. Thoroughly enjoyed exceptionally nice breakfast.
